Community Class I Thursday 26 Sep I 8-9.15pm I K6 Yoga Tribe
A mindful yoga practice with the aim that you leave the session empowered to explore more poses, breathing techniques, mindfulness and meditation in your daily life. Therefore, you usually hold poses a bit longer so that you can feel into them and align your body. The session is designed in a way so that you can got to bed relaxed and start next day refreshed and reenergised – that you can flow through your life with a smile.
