A mindful yoga practice with the aim that you leave the session empowered to explore more poses, breathing techniques, mindfulness and meditation in your daily life. Therefore, you usually hold poses a bit longer so you can feel into them and align your body. The sessions are designed in a way so that you can start your new week relaxed, refreshed and reenergised – that you can flow through it with a smile.
