Personen mit Krankheitssymptomen bleiben bitte fern von den Yoga-Stunden und lassen sich testen. Mehr Informationen zu den Symptomen finden Sie auf der Seite des Bundesamt für Gesundheit.
Möglichkeit zum Händewaschen oder Händedesinfektion sind vorhanden. Die Verantwortung und Massnahmen zur Hygiene liegt jedoch bei den Teilnehmenden. Bringen Sie bitte ihre eigene Händedesinfektion mit.
Bringen Sie Ihre eigene Yogamatte, Yogatuch und/oder Props mit und nach Bedürfnis auch ihr eigenes Getränk.
Die Yoga-Instruktoren verzichten während des Unterrichts auf das Korrigieren/Berühren der Teilnehmenden und bewegen sich ebenfalls nur auf der eigenen Yogamatte. Es wird auf eine physische Begrüssung oder Verabschiedung verzichtet.
Die Bezahlung per Twint wird bevorzugt.
Es wird ein Abstand von mindestens 1,5 Metern eingehalten.
Es besteht keine Maskenpflicht während des Unterrichts. Es wird empfohlen vor und danach die Massnahmen, Verordnungen und Empfehlungen des Bundesamt für Gesundheit zu befolgen .
Kontaktdaten der anwesenden Personen werden aufgenommen und auf Anfrage an die kantonalen Behörden weitergeleitet (Contact Tracing).

Yoga with Corinne
Prices are indicated on the website, on flyers and other means of communication and the participant or the legal guardian agree to the indicated price and session by booking it.
Corinne Dietiker reserves the right to make changes to yoga sessions as for example changing the time, date and the topic of the session. She also claims the right to cancel the yoga session or to find a substitute for her session on short-notice.
Insurance is the sole responsibility of the participant or the legal guardian of the participant. Corinne Dietiker disclaims any responsibility or liability for any complaints or injuries of any kind occurring in the accordance with a visit to her yoga sessions. It is the responsibility of the participant or the legal guardian to consult a doctor prior to the start of a yoga session to ensure yoga can be practiced safely and to inform Corinne or the substitute prior to the to the yoga session. Corinne disclaims any responsibility or liability for any lost or stolen valuables at the location the yoga session takes place.
For private sessions or sessions that are indicated to take place only with a minimum of participants the full amount of the booked or reserved place is payable by the participant or legal guardian if no notice by the participant or the legal guardian has been given 24 hours prior to the start of the yoga session. Class passes and vouchers are valid for the stated duration only, not transferable and may not be usable in case of a substitute teacher.
Child Protection Policy
Corinne Dietiker has a moral and legal obligation to ensure that, when given responsibility for children and adolescents (“young people”), she provides them with the highest possible standard of care. She commits to the prevention of abuse and to the safeguard of the well-being of young people. This includes all young people, whatever their age, culture, (dis)ability, gender, language, racial origin, religious beliefs and/or sexual identity. All children have rights in general in particular the right to protection from all types of abuse.
Privacy Policy
Corinne Dietiker is committed to protect personal information, to inform about how the data is used and to comply with the Swiss law and the EU Data Protection Directive. By Accessing Corinne’s platforms (Website, Instagram and Facebook page) and/or services the participant, platform user, client and contracting partner agrees to this policy.
Rights
Participants, platforms, users and contacting partners have the right to know what kind of personal data Corinne collects and they may ask for a written statement of their personal data collected and how it is stored. Users can ask to correct or delete their personal data if legally appropriate. Deleting personal data may have consequences and will be completed at the sole risk of the user.
Data Collection
Corinne collects data of users that may identify the person or may not identify the person. The data is collected to analyse how her services and platforms are used: to improver her series, products and platforms: to contact and inform participants, platform users, partners and clients: and to protect the wellbeing of users and participants. Corinne may also use pictures taken during her services that may or may not identify a user or participant. In case a user or participant is identifiably, they have the right to ask that their picture is removed. Corinne cannot guaranty other claims.
Corinne collects personal data or uses identifiable pictures of a child under the age of 18 with the consent of the legal guardian.
Data storage
Corinne commits to keep data in a safe and secure place to the greatest extent possible. She stores data only for the time necessary to carry out her services or to comply with Swiss law. This may mean that the data is stored up to 10 years. Corinne does not guarantee absolute safte and security of any information provided.
Data Transfer
Corinne may share certain data with third parties. She is committed to only pass personal information on if she received consent, if it is legally required or for any safety reasons of the user or participant. She demands users and participants to treat their own data with care and asks third-parties to treat personal information of others confidentially.
Corinne uses Facebook, Google, Instagram, Zoom, WhatsApp, Outlook and other providers, which may collect data. Please refer to the individual communication and information services for their data policy.
Design
Corinne Dietiker designed the logo and most of her brand’s appearance. She also worked with photographers named below. Selected pictures are provided to partners to promote mutual services. The rights of these pictures are either with Corinne Dietiker or the photographer. When given access to pictures, users allowed to use them and are asked to give credits to the photographers.
